Don't believe any salesman.
Go and see some of their work, if possible talk to the
customers.
Don't pay anything until the job is complete and you
are satisfied.
Beware of the cheapest, there's some nasty stuff out
there.
Beware of the dearest. You want to pay for quality,
not for commisions and bonuses.
Check the real pedigree of the company.
A 10 year guarantee is no good if the company goes bust
every 3 years.
See that the company does not employ casual sub-contractors.
Check that their labour is not on bonuses.
Never rush into signing a contract on the first
visit
