Registration

DG Services is a FENSA registered company.

FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme.

FENSA is a national, government authorised self-certification scheme for replacement double glazing window and door installers.

This makes your window and/or door installation hassle free, as homeowners who use FENSA registered installers do not have to apply for approval from Local Authority Building Control.

Furthermore, homeowners who use a FENSA registered installer will receive a certificate which acts as documentary evidence that the installation work has been self-certified as complying with the Building Regulations, essential when it comes to the sale of your property.

To ensure our installations meet requirements, random inspections are carried out by a third party organisation on behalf of FENSA.

Our FENSA registration number is 32823.
Their telephone number is 0207 7645 3700.
Their website is: www.fensa.co.uk.

Trustmark

'Trustmark' is a Government-backed standard that operates across various trade sectors(in our case Double Glazing and associated work overseen by FENSA) and aims to recognise those companies that go a little further in the levels of service and conduct they provide to their customers.

The aim is to provide existing and potential customers with the reassurance of selecting and using an approved company for their home improvement work.

Each company displaying the Trustmark logo is subject to ongoing comprehensive assessments by FENSA.

You can find more information at the Trustmark website: www.trustmark.org.uk.
